Q: Will I be comfortable for my dental treatment?
A: Your comfort is our number one goal. We do everything we can to provide you with a great dental experience and make you feel like you are a part of our family. For your comfort, we offer traditional anesthesia techniques in addition to computer assisted anesthesia, nitrous oxide and sedation dentistry. Comfortable dental care is just a phone call away!
Q: Will you take my insurance?
A: We work with all insurance companies and are considered an “unrestricted, out of network” provider for your plan. Our office will submit dental claims electronically to your insurance carrier and we will help you make the most of your insurance benefits.
Q: Do you offer appointments around my work schedule?
A: Yes, we offer appointments to work around your busy schedule. We have office hours available before traditional workdays begin, lunch and evening hours. Please call us to schedule an appointment convenient for your schedule.
Q: What if I have a dental emergency?
A: Just call our office! We are available for all dental emergencies and offer 24 hours per day, 7 days per week emergency coverage for our patients.
Q: What kind of sterilization does your office use?
A: Infection control is a priority in our office. We use state of the art antiseptic procedures and our sterilization procedures meet the Center for Disease Control guidelines. We heat sterilize instruments after each use and we use gloves, masks, eye protection and barrier covers for each procedure. Please ask us to show you the sterilization area of our office.
Q: What type of financial arrangements do you offer?
A: We have several types of convenient payment plans available. We accept cash, check, and most charge cards including, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We are also happy to offer extended payment plans through our financial partner, CareCredit. We will do whatever we can to design a treatment plan that is affordable and fits your budget.
